After finalizing your wedding date and hiring your photographer, you should consider booking your makeup team. In 2018 & 2019 brides booked an average of 9-15 months prior to their wedding date -- in some instances sooner.

We require a 30% nonrefundable retainer and signed agreement to secure services for your date. To receive your customized proposal and agreement, fill out the contact form.

Short answer, yes. However, we book our weddings & artists based on the number of services provided in our agreement at the time of booking. We can modify the agreement once it has been executed to include add on services based on availability. This means if you're adding on many services later on, those artists once available may be booked. We recommend getting a firm number at the time of booking or soon thereafter.

Yes. Trial appointments can be booked online before booking your wedding OR in most cases, are included with your wedding package. Trial appointments are held at our Houston Studio by appointment only. 

We recommend you book your trial just as soon as you have a date in mind. Consider the weather/temperature. If you're getting married in the winter, try to schedule your trial in early spring or fall so it's similar to the weather. Trials are held at our studio weekdays  and are by appointment only.

Hair and makeup appointments last about an hour and a half. Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face and clean, dry hair. 

 Airbrush makeup is sprayed on through an air compressor as a fine mist of color that gently covers the skin, giving the appearance of a flawless complexion. Absolutely. While we love airbrush makeup and how well it performs with HD cameras, we understand it may not be perfect for every skin type. Our artists carry both types in their kits and will determine the perfect choice for you. 

With each and every service, you will receive a full makeup application with which we pay close attention to detail. Our makeup artistry features a long-wearing skin-enhancing makeup that includes full coverage of needed areas, a natural application of only the best products that will contour, highlight and showcase your best features. We also offer false lash application along with your makeup service ranging from the most subtle to enhance your eyes, to the most bold and sky high.

Our artists carry Laura Mercier, Chanel, Bobbi Brown, Tarte, Nars, Charlotte Tilbury, Mac, Anastasia Beverly Hills, Dinair, Dior, Givenchy, Buxom, Milk Cosmetics, Patrick Ta, Becca & Estee Lauder products in our kits. 

It's hard to believe that we also carry the same $9 mascara you can scoop up at the drugstore, but it's true.  An excellent product meets all our criteria—how it wears throughout the day, how it photographs, how easy it is to apply, and how many different, versatile ways you can use and wear it regardless of its price point. 

Fiona Stiles, Vincent Oquendo, Ariel Tejada and many others carry and swear by products you can find at your local drugstore. After more than a decade of trial and error, you can rest assured we will bring you the best products on the market and yes, a handful of them are not considered "luxury". 

If your date is available, you can secure the date with our standard 30% retainer.   Our artist(s) will arrive the day before services are needed.  The remaining balance will be due a month before the big day.
